I love this store and have always found the staff — both old and new — to be friendly, knowledgeable and gracious.

Great store with friendly help

The product purchased - ant repellent is not lasting & it is not doing the job. I have purchased it many times & was pleased with the way it handled the ants, but this tube is not good.

Everything was fine

They no longer carry the fluff you put in the bird houses and directed us to try a pet store.

Staff and selection are all excellent and even though the prices are higher than some retailers of bird products the quality is much better.

The price is high

Everything was fine. There is always room for improvement, and I like to leave room for that.
