I needed advice on how to attract and Feed Oriel's and Tanagers, and the staff person (I wish I had noted their name) was so helpful and knowledgable. Also purchased some lovely cards on sale and suet.

I've been a customer of Wild Birds Unlimited both here in Santa Fe currently and from 2004 to 2012 and while living on the Olympic Peninsula from 1992 to 2001 and then from 2014 to 2019. Great franchise and love supporting the life of our song bird populations suffering great losses due to climate change and habitat loss...we LOVE feeding the birds period!!!! And the franchise does a great job both here AND on the Olympic Peninsula. We're devoted customers always.

Every aspect of my order was handled smoothly.

I was greeted at the door and offered assistance immediately. When the clerk was not sure of the answer to a question she consulted with another staff. All the staff were very friendly with a positive attitude.
