Great selection, friendly staff.

The pee wee composite bird bath we purchased ended up having a leak which we didn't know until we filled it at home. The staff were very helpful and had no problem exchanging the bird bath. I have always had excellent experiences with this shop. The staff are knowledgable, helpful, kind and go above and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied!

I came in to get a bath and feeder for my new house. I know very little about birds and I was very pleased with the advice and information I received. Susanna (I think that was her name) was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. She took time to educate me, explain everything and make suggestions for getting started as well as what I might do later. It was a great shopping experience and I left feeling like I learned a lot. Birds are coming to my feeder and I'm loving watching them. Unfortunately, the solar pump I bought doesn't work so I'll call about that this weekend.

The personnel in the store are always knowledgeable and friendly. They can answer almost any question my wife and I have about the birds in our backyard. We are not "birders", but we do care about birds, and enjoy watching them. And helping them. Saw our first hummingbird of the year last week, April 5th. Just a fleeting glimpse. We have a bluebird house, with occupants! They have not signed the lease (!) but they are laying eggs...

Cheryl was so knowledgeable about blue bird observation and how our blue bird box will extend the family life of the birds that will nest there. Additional info about their diet and need for water, as well as contacting the Blue Bird Society, gave us new insight into bird care. Thank you!
