The variety of bird food, houses, baths, and other items is excellent. I particularly appreciate the information regarding local/native birds I find around the shop, receive from employees, or learn from other customers. The seed cakes are great and I buy at least 6 each time I'm in the store.

Always a great experience with staff and a good selection of products. Some can be pricey but quality is excellent.

You carry the merchandise that I cannot find at the Santa Fe store which is closer to me in NE NM. You also have delivery as I am not often in Albuquerque and the delivery is very rapid and comes in good shape. You also offer discounts which I appreciate as my birds are hungry! I find your customer service is great! When I did have a problem with an order it was corrected immediately. Thanks so much! It is great to have this service with the products I need for my birds!
