I'm highly satisfied because you are the BEST store of this type ANYWHERE I've ever lived. I'm greeted when I enter. I'm directed to the right place if I can't find something. Your employees answer questions on the birds I see on my yard. Years ago I took an elective course on backyard birds from Cornell School of Ornithology because I was so interested in bird watching. As a semi-amateur bird watcher I'd rate your employees and their knowledge as a solid 10 out of 10. It's a pleasure to come into your store.
