Everyone was friendly and the gentleman went out of his way to take a replacement part off an item because the part ha been back ordered for a long time. Nice to see friendly faces from the past.

About a month ago I purchased to large seed blocks designated for woodpeckers. I put one of them up and a 'fruit and bugs' seed block in another location. None of the birds ate from the 'woodpecker' block. I brought the unopened second block back and exchanged it for two bug & nut blocks. Staff made everything very easy, were friendly and very helpful. I know your prices are a bit higher than some other stores, but the knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness of your staff is always worth the extra cost.

The store was well organized and observed social distancing as well as cleanliness. VERY friendly and helpful employees. I am on limited income so I don’t always spend a lot but I do love the birds and want to encourage them.

For years, I've enjoyed visiting the store (Santa Fe). The previous owners and staff were awesome, and now with Ken and Matt owning the store, I am still appreciating your dedication and kind, friendly energy and love for the birds. I had questions and the staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Several employees helped out.

All went well. I ordered three items, all were available and I picked them up outside the following morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great selection of products and information posted about best feed in particular for various local environments. Check out experience very pleasant. Helpful salesperson on the floor. An expensive shop, but I also see immediate results with my bird life! Love our birdies and look forward to attracting even more variety this summer and next ( working on Western Tanagers)
