The staff is always friendly and helpful in answering questions about birds and their habits. The products are great, but have gotten very expensive. I decided to join as a member so I could receive discounts.

I have been buying seed there since I came to SF. I just wish the prices were not sooo high. Sometimes I am not sure I can afford to continue buying the seed there.

I was able to go in and get my product without any problems. Assistance was there if I needed it but everything about my visit was great.

Good staff especially Henry and Diana, great products, wonderful cards, availability of products and knowledge of birds plus articles in New Mexican.
