The staff is so attentive, knows all the local birds, what will attract them and keep them. Not only that, but just the overall vibe is just amazing! I wish I had four times the birdfeeders just to hang out there!

1. the products are a bit more expensive but the quality is much better plus one gets good advice 2. I was given a small replacement part free of charge which I really appreciated 3. I was assisted in putting the replacement part into place and we all had a good laugh figuring it out 4. The staff loves birds just as much as I do and they really know the subject matter and give good advice on what kind of food, feeder type and placement

I wish there was an organic seed option. I do worry about the birds, all the recent deaths due to climate change and disease. Hopefully it is not the food we serve! Would you share ideas of how to help the birds better in this crisis? We see it in all the wildlife we have here in Santa Fe. Bears, Coyotes, Deer, and the little chippies and squirrels.

Like the products. Love the idea of the loyalty club. I signed up at this visit and saved $30! Staff is always wonderful. I brought in a hummingbird feeder that broke through wear and tear and they honored the life time warranty. Appreciate the store and staff. I have been a loyal customer for a decade!
