I have always been impressed and satisfied with my shopping at the store. More important, the birds that feed here like the food and tell other birds who are always joining the flock here.

I have shopped here for many, many years and my experience has always been top notch. As long as the store is in existence, I will continue to shop. Love the store. Awesome staff and quality products. Oh yes, was great during the covid 19 pandemic. All was done in an efficient and very safe manner! Was still able to feed the birds, which I greatly appreciated. It's always a pleasure to shop at WBU. We find new and different items that we have to try out for our birds. We had been long-time shoppers at the WBU store in Torrance, CA, and when we moved here to Santa Fe in 2016, we were ecstatic to find a local WBU store here.

Great knowledgeable staff, top of the line products. The 15% Membership Discount makes it illogical to purchase elsewhere. Should be year round, no? or is it?

i joined the discount club, and planned to purchase a small bag of no mess. It was a free gift, to my surprise. I usually purchase to 20 lb bag, so timing was perfect to tide me over (and the birds) I had a brief conversation with clerk, all of the staff and helpers are always friendly and helpful. Great store with excellent inventory. Your staff are on the ball! Attentive, fast, organized, friendly. The products you sale are always perfect, fresh food. Nice sizes so I can carry the bags into my house. I like your new program of bonus bucks when I spend my usual zillion dollars at your store. And, it’s sweet that you are always throwing in a freebie. Even though, my birds said, “I don’t care that it was free and high quality, I am NOT eating the millet out of the New Mexico blend, no mess, with millet!!” Thanks everyone
