The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and LOVE birds which makes for an invigorating and educative experience each time that I am in the store or speak with someone over the phone.

When I asked questions, the store person immediately stopped what she was doing and came over to me to help. Products are always fresh and/or useful. The store just feels good and welcoming.

Staff is always so helpful and friendly not to mention they love to share stories about the birds in the area. I also bought The Joy of Bird Feeding and used my bonus dollars to help purchase it.

This is a unique store that focuses and specializes on our feathered friends. I have been here many times in the past to purchase birdseed. In the past year, I started getting birdseed from a local feed store and found their seed lacking and the birds didn't like it and refuses to eat it. So I'm back and very pleased. The prices are a little high but the quality is unsurpassed.
