The staff were very helpful and had answers about the bird questions we had. It's a very nice store.

I have shopped at this store since before moving to Santa Fe in 2007. It is my favorite store and I was privileged to work there for awhile (left only because of Covid - I also do some work for two vulnerable elderly people). I have learned so much at the store and from the wonderful crew working there. Anne and Dawn modeled and instilled very high standards and Ken the new owner is following in their footsteps. I’m perhaps not the most objective person to ask about this! I would go back in a minute and have told them so!

It is always a pleasure to shop at WBU. I never know what might be new so the search in the store is fun and always leaves me feeling well treated and appreciated. It is also fun to listen to other customers and / or talk with them about their recent outdoor bird experiences which ususally involves a food their birds found appealing or a new feeding device. Always informative!

We joined the member club and look forward to the discounts on bird seed. Also the online ordering will be helpful when we can't make the trip to SF.
