The customer service we received was outstanding. We made the person check us out three times because we kept starting to leave and then finding something else we had to have. The staff never seemed anything but happy to help us. Really a great store.

The employees are always attentive, friendly & helpful, and I can always count on them to observe Covid restrictions. I am very happy overall with everything about the store. And the great discounts are a boon.

Can I say that I "love" the atmosphere? Everyone seems to actually enjoy working in the store. I find everyone is KNOWLEDGEABLE about the product. I like to board with bird sitings and photos which makes shopping feel more like a community. I am always satisfied with the quality of the seed, etc.
