Everyone knows what they are doing and all are super friendly, and the store always looks great

Service was good. Since I previously had a bird feeder that had "bear problems" had to get new mounting gear. It was different and neither of us recognized the difference. Once discovered, I returned and talked through the inventory changes. Fine with new product, but it meant replacing the whole mounting gear as new was not compatible with old.

Everything about your store is great, but, as with everything right now, the prices are high! I want the high quality feed for "my birds", but it is so expensive!

What's not to love. Have been a customer of WBU for many years both here in Santa Fe and up on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State!. Bird populations are under immense pressure from climate change and humanity encroaching on habitat. Glad to be a customer of a franchise that does the right things to support bird life.

I feel the quality of the products is high, and the suet cylinders are always in stock. Also, pleasant people.

Very prompt service. I actually did not order ahead of time, because at this store there is a walk-up window.
