The staff is always so helpful and friendly. There was some confusion on my account and that I was already a part of the new discount membership program, when I came in to get some seed and cylinders. Inadvertantly, I was charged $25 again for membership and didn't realize it until I got home. When I came back the next day, they realized what had happened , apologized profusely, fixed the mistake, gave me another small bag of the no-mess seed and a store credit for $23.00.
