The salesman was polite, answered my questions clearly, knew where to find what I was looking for, was efficient and offered to carry my purchase to my car. It was a very nice experience.

The employees are very informative and kind. The store is well stocked and they carry good brands. The Daily Savings Club save you money. WBU informs you about migrations, type of food that birds need in the different seasons, etc.

I love going to Wild Birds. I usually know what I want, but sometimes I just like to look around and see what is new. If I can't find something, the staff members are always helpful.

If I have a question it's always answered. Everyone helpful and I really appreciate my large bags of seeds taken to my car. I feel like the staff knows me

I like the wide variety and good quality of bird food available which attracts a wide variety of birds. Particularly like the seed cylinders—almost all the species of birds that come to our yard go to them. It’s a cheerful place to be and the staff is nice and helpful.
