Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is all kinds of information available and you can ask any staff member to answer any question and if they don't know they find out right away. The products are nicely displayed and they have a huge variety of bird feeders, birdbaths, seed combos and suet plus fun Christmas gifts. I really love the store
