You always have what I’m looking for.

Every time I come in, the people I encounter are helpful and knowledgable. My only wish is that the store was larger with more merchandise - which I understand.

Enjoyed encountering the "new" staff. I had not gone into the store since tha new ownership and the pandemic. It was fun. I took my dog. One of staff gave her a treat. We were both very happy.

just a great atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere in the store. Asked if I needed help a few times and when it was seen that I did not know what I wanted and needed to wander - I was not asked again which was lovely.

The person who helped me was highly knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. I'm new to caring for our birds and the staff person took their time explaining everything about feeders, baths, and more.

I'm very impressed with how smooth the transition to the new owners has gone. It was seamless from my perspective. I love the new frequent buyers club. Great idea. Thanks!

The lady recommended two presents for our backyard birding and they were very successful
