The owners/managers of the store are so knowledgable, helpful and welcoming. I can tell I'm going to spend A LOT of time and money in that store :))

It's always pleasant to visit the store. The staff are all bird-lovers, which makes for a nice atmosphere as one feels that they enjoy what they are doing. I always get good advice. The prices are higher but the quality is better and it's important to support businesses such as this one.

Everything was as expected. Owner was there and friendly also.

The people who work there –– I don't want to say "staff" because it feels more like a group of friends ready to help folks out–– are always helpful and friendly, always seem "ready" for whatever, and, this will seem silly but I'll put it in anyway because I appreciate it, speak clearly and directly despite masks!

I am trusting that WBU products are higher quality and fresher than that in my grocery store. I also appreciate the knowledgeable staff and the variety of informational books and other merchandise WBU carries.

The salesman helped me with the right blend of suet feeder and also gave me a photo handout of common Santa Fe birds this time of year. I live in Austin most of the year and have the special loyalty account. I wish it was transferable at both locations. Therefore, I do most of my shopping in Austin for now.

You had bark butter in two forms, a feeder for it, and a sale price - yay! Help was immediate and actually helpful, and both staffers I spoke with were very friendly. I have no complaints, and the only reasons I'm unlikely to (a)return or (b)recommend the store in 60 days is that (a)I don't buy much bird gear and get my sunflower seed where I buy my chicken feed, and (b) I don't know anyone who feeds birds and is looking to change their feed source.

Store staff have always been very helpful. Prefer to shop locally as opposed to online.
