Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a new bird feeder (at least w/ seed eating birds), so staff have helped me understand which feed to use which time of year, and they always offer discounts and help me get the stuff I buy to the car.

I was happy to find out that I could recieve a 20% discount on suet instead of 15% because I was a member. Also, I appreciate the help carrying purchases to my car. Yes, you made me smile.
