We've been WBU customers for years...both on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State and here in Santa Fe. We have always loved both the quality of the seed as well as the variety of useful "add-on" when you are a bird lover as we are. The staff here in Santa Fe are knowledgeable and very friendly and our visits are always very satisfactory. We particularly enjoy the chats about bird sightings and other will things that enrich our life here in the high desert ...as we enjoyed the great variety of birds both here and on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. Just keep doin' what you're doin'...and your doin' it very well!!

The staff is knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. We sit on our sofa and watch the birds at the feeders with our binoculars, and our delighted with this new hobby. We appreciate the store and that you have high quality products and can answer our bird questions. During covid we have greatly appreciated curbside pickup. Thank you.

Years ago, for purposes of convenience, I bought bird seed at my local grocery. The birds refused to eat it! I think this due to the fact that I had been feeding them seeds from your store. So, my primary reason to shop with you is that the birds like what I get. However, I find the selection, variety of product, and the assistance from the staff to be excellent. I think the store is great. I observe that new management has made improvements, some of which are subtle. I have always found the store to and its personnel to be fantastic!

Every time I come to Wild Birds and I greeted cheerfully and taken care of quickly, efficiently but with full attention and care. And they always insist on carrying my birdseed bags out to my car!

I like your staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Small complaint here - took awhile to checkout because a customer was checking out and going into great detail about birds in his yard showing pictures to the checkout person. I get it - we love our birds but maybe they could have stepped aside and another employee could have taken over that spot so the line could have moved forward. Not a big deal but definitely a time waster.
