Michelle is very knowledgeable and lessons to my needs. I am always graded by the front office staff, especially Jill, who knows me by name. My needs are met and I feel refreshed as I am leaving.

The receptionists are friendly, make sure they call you by name, and are so accommodating when booking your next appointment. My therapist is wonderful in every way. She wants to help me relax, and she does!

Ashley was, as always, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my skin. She always meets and exceed expectations. She is a wonderful asset to the Hand and Stone family.

We were pleasantly welcomed in by Jill and Sophie. They both were very informative and Sophie was happy to explain the membership and how it works. Jill was kind enough to make restaurant recommendations to us.

I’ve been a satisfied customer for almost two years. I have no improvement recommendations. Staff are very efficient and professional. They always schedule me on the day and time I request if at all possible. The facility is clean and orderly. My therapist is the best.

John was amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had. Just wish the place wasn’t so booked it’s been very hard to get in for a massage as a mom of three into need it. The price for non members is high but the difficulty in booking a massage due to no available times/days keeps me from getting the membership
