Hand and Stone

Liked both of our therapists. Would use them again Too many people in waiting room. Didn't like the fact that the guy checking us out ask why we didn't sign or fact we couldn't use gift cards for tips.

First visit to Hand & Stone location. Happy with the front desk staff, esthetician and location. Signed up for a Cryofacial package of 6 and also a membership during my first visit. The only disappointment was the initial 1X fee to join the Lifestyle Membership.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. The drinks were fresh. I will be coming back.

Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Gianna’s facial was SO relaxing!!!! She did a great job!

David continually does a good job. Wish I had gotten the gals name who was super friendly and got me a cup of water.

I’ve been a member for a few years and the level of consistency of professionalism is above average. Many folks have worked there a long time which suggests they’re treated nicely by ownership and that is an important factor as well.

I really enjoyed my massage with David. Tenderness and firmness of the massage was great and relaxed me. I really enjoyed his massage and his technique that he used very satisfying.

The start at this location are always friendly and inviting. The massage therapist always does an amazing job. I usually leave relaxed.

He addressed my issues and used appropriate pressure
