Was visiting Ft. Meyers, Fla. Excellent massage therapist which addressed my needs.

My prior masseuse "no showed" twice in the past so I was ready to cancel my membership.When I saw that the cancellation document forced me to forfeit my 6600 points, I spoke to the Desiree, the manager,and explained how it seemed absurd to effectively punish me for the fact that I was patient on the first no-show. She concurred and comped this massage, which I greatly appreciate, and plan to continue my membership.

There has never been a time that I was unsatisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. The reception staff are courteous and helpful. The treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I return to Anniel whenever possible because he is courteous and professional, and has a wonderful technique that meets my needs for massage.

Gisele is excellent but stop this new practice of penalizing people for tipping!!! You should let us add the tip on to the bill as we were always able to do up until a few months ago instead of requiring Tippy which surcharges. Fine, the "old system" doesn't give the therapist their tip right away? It's your system, you fix it and give them the tip instead of penalizing your customers
