The entire staff at the store were extremely friendly and helpful especially Abdi very knowledge. To cap it up the delivery driver and assistant were equally as fantastic. Overall 100% for customer service.

Abdul was friendly, approached us immediately as we arrived and saw us even though we had not booked an appointment. Having previously had very little understanding of what we were looking for he helped us narrow down our options quickly and gave advice where needed, whilst also allowing us time to discuss privately.

Abdul really understood what we wanted and he gave us the time to try different mattresses. He was very attentive without being pushy.

First time visiting Dream store, colleague was very helpful and informative, very pleasant young man. Offered refreshments, but only water, they did not have any wine!!! Store very clean and well laid out. Bought a bed etc for my niece who is coming to stay with me before she goes to Uni in October, hope it will be very comfortable for her. Need a bed myself, so will return.

The staff were very friendly & helpfull. They help us the right product quality wise & the price in the first place they welcome us with bright face and greeting offer us tea or coffee they make us fell comfortable really. It was not possible to go out without buying.

The sales clerk Abdifatah was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to show me all the mattresses that were available that would suit my budget and requirements, and explained to me the differences between the quality, and allowed me to try out the beds at my own leisure. He offered me a cup of tea, a pillow to relax, and also catered to my weekend delivery needs. I think the Camden store is so spacious that there is a huge opportunity to include an even wider range of mass market / low budget mattresses that are not currently available in store. Trial in choosing a mattress is crucial, so if the store can carry more mattresses on the lower/budget end it would be an even better buying experience.

The shop assistant and the man who placed the order for me Jonathan (Dreams shop in Camden) was brilliant. Taking time and explaining everything, searching for items in the system despite me arriving 10min before closing with his help and patience we managed to place order. Great service from him
