Everything was good, except for when I needed to use the computer and printer for business reasons. The internet was not connecting so I went to the front desk and asked if she could help me. I couldn't even finish explaining what the issue was with the computer when she interrupted me saying she didn't know. It was asking for the administrator password an she said she didn't know it and that she would have to wait until the IT guy came. I had to ask when hen that would be and she said the next day. Pretty inconvenient.
