Dreams

This visit was for us to spend a £50 voucher that my mum had received in compensation for poor service received from Dreams concerning a telephone order that unfortunately resulted in my mum being incorrectly sold the wrong mattress and then losing money on exchanging that mattress. On the basis of the telephone sale and problems received afterwards I would not recommend Dreams to anyone, but if people visit the store, in particular Hemel & St Albans, I think they would receive good service and I would recommend them. I simply would not advise anyone to order a bed over the phone when the sales assistant does not ask simple questions like 'and you're sure you need a firm mattress - you don't have any back problems?' - this question alone would have saved us a lot of trouble and prevented a very unpleasant experience from happening.

Visited a relatively new store in St Albans. Lots of people to help and we quickly found exactly what we needed with assistance and guidance

Glenn at Dreams in St Albans was very friendly and highly knowledgeable on the products available. He was able to give us good advice on what mattress would suit what bed and all whilst our little ones were making lots of noise! Thank you Glenn for being extra patient with us!

Glenn was very knowledgeable and didn't rush me, even got a cup of tea in bed!! Was helpful with advice and brought the pillows etc out to my car for me. Can't wait for the delivery. Very dreameye occasion

Assistant Peter very polite, helpful, and patient. Very knowledgeable explaining all options clearly and putting no pressure on us to hurry making our decision or influence us, just gave us advice. Very pleased with the service he gave. Also, very pleased with tea offered while paperwork completed (thank you Glenn).

I already knew the bed I was looking for and our friendly assistant took us there immediately and was very knowledgeable about the product. When we were looking for a mattress he didn't hesitate about where to look and showed us around accordingly. He answered the questions we had and was honest with his responses, overall very helpful and friendly.

We were very pleased to see Louis as we had ordered a bed from him with warren Evans and of course were not to receive it,so we ordered one of the many we had full details of the beds we looked at explained to us.As we wanted deliveryt to Weston super mare we are not likely to visit St Albans again and that is the only reason we did not put yes to that question as it was a very pleasant few hours with much patience shown.

Louis was great, he listened to our needs and was always on hand. He was never pushy and helped us make the right decision with ease. A true asset to the team.

Peter was fantastic. He really understood about my back and neck problems and was able to help us choose the perfect bed to suit my and my husband's specific requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable and not only explained about comfort but also about technical and practical considerations when making such an important purchase. We were thrilled to be able to take advantage of the 10% opening offer at the St Albans store . Thanks you Peter - I can't wait for my bed to arrive!

Louis was good in explaining the products, patient enough till we could take our decisions and we got what we were looking for.
