I did know what I was looking for with regards to the bed frame so this made the interaction in store more efficient and quick. The advisor was helpful with details on mattresses though. Also advising on the build option and insurance cover.

Rarely these days do you find this level of service and particularly the attention paid to us by the staff. As customers, we were very demanding which required a great deal of patience from Anna-Lena who was outstanding in her efforts to establish what products would fulfill our requirement.

Louis was brilliant. We visited the store twice; the first time he explained the bed types and the mattresses. Very knowledgeable with personalised recommendations based on what we were looking for. The second time we completed our purchase and he managed to get exactly the delivery date we wanted. Thank you Louis, we really appreciated your help.

All your staff at this store were all so polite and helpful to me. It was my second visit. As l did look at other stores, and decided Dreams was my best option.
