I can really only nitpick as I was satisfied. I'm not saying it is but the pricing feels disingenuous, like constant faux discounts.

We had a great guy assist us, but the problem came down to the ordering system, it created many issues, not adding the right items etc, so he had to seek help from customer services, and they too were having issues. This made the whole transaction very long.

I had to visit two Dreams stores to get what I wanted, the Tottenham Court Road store was terrible, they did not know what was going on and it look forever (we found more information on the website than from the consultant). We then went to Shoreditch, they were relatively quick but then had major confusion issues with the firmness of the mattress which took a long time. The consultant was not wearing shoes and had toilet paper on her desk which was not professional. We did get our bed which I hope we will be happy with and they are delivering on Saturday which is much quicker than we had hoped.

I was satisfied overall and staff were friendly and efficient. I am very unhappy about the time given for delivery.

The price on display was less than the price paid

The store is a new store and needs some organising which was of set by the 10% discount that was offered on the day to celebrate the new store. however as a show room I don't think it presents very well, the card machine reception isn't great either. on the day I made my purchase we had to stand outside for the payment to go through. 2 days later I returned back with my mother who purchased the same mattress as over all we were happy with the product and its price and again for the payment to go through on some extra pillows we went outside, then upstairs eventually giving up. but as i say its a new store and generally great having the convenience of such a local store.

The bed I purchased was advertised in store for £349. However online it was £449. I was told the sign in store was incorrect as it was on sale which ended last night and the sign should have been removed. I felt that as the sale had only finished the day before and the bed was being advertised for £349 it should have been honoured. The staff spoke to their manager and they refused to honour the price displayed.
