I was highly satisfied with the service at your Dream store in Shoreditch. My partner has very bad back pains while sleeping so we needed help picking a great bed for us. Emmanuel was more than happy to help with as much information as he could and was friendly the whole time. We wanted to check more options at the larger Tottenham court store and Emmanuel was more than happy for us to do this. After checking at the other store we were happy to make a purchase but made the effort to return to Shoreditch for Emmanuel superior customer service. We were also in a rush the day of purchase so Emmanuel was great at getting the purchase completed as quickly as possible. He has also followed up with us a few times to make sure we were happy with the service and the over all experience. Will recommend dreams to everyone.

I shopped around online, phoned the store to see if they have that particular bed in store for me to go and have a look at. They did have the product and the assistant Lily who I spoke to over the phone was there when I visited the branch that same day and really help in making my final decision.

I was welcomed as I entered the store and offered assistance immediately. I was also offered a cold or hot drink, as was my partner when he joined me. The member of staff who mainly helped me, Raf, was really helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses I was looking at, and offered me useful advice and tips throughout. His colleague, who I don't have the name of, was also very helpful and made sure we were happy and comfortable, and offered us additional drinks as we were paying. I couldn't fault the service and although the delivery dates were a few weeks in the future, this actually suits me very well. The only very minor complaint is that I couldn't pay for my order using American Express, which is a shame when spending that kind of money to miss out on rewards points, but it really is a very minor point.

First of all as I had a rebellious child with me, the other staff managed to take care of my child while I was maintaining my important purchase. Location was excellent and didn't need to organise childcare and shop is just behind my child school. So happy. I had to cancel another bed order for this bed something I loved from my previous neighbour bedroom. So happy. And above all the price. First time purchase from dreams and I hope to have that trust for the quality in my lifelong bed..so happy. O love the pillows but didn't buy coz of the pricing..may return if low price. Thank you
