This hotel is in transition so there's Waldorf stuff here and there but it's not a Waldorf. We had a problem with our room door and had to change rooms twice. They comped us a beach cabana. Overall friendly and nice place. Close to everything.

I was displeased that I had to wait for room at check in when it was past check in time. If I do everything correctly as a guest, I expect the same from the hotel. Our room smelled of humidity. The hotel pool didn't have enough lounge chairs for all the guests and many guests reserve chairs without being there for hours! This should not be allowed. The property is lovely but these things should be addressed because at a nightly rate of more than $200, a certain level of quality is expected.
