I M roomed directly across from a very old and/or broken ice machine that is loud and clunky. I did not sleep last night because if it. The staff tried to accommodate me and were very nice. But changing rooms is not an option for me because I am disabled and that would have just ruined the trip for me. My boys were up early and ready to go to town. We leave in the am. Please get a new ice machine. Don't use this room until. Maintenance said they can't repair. My husband snores badly and your machine not only kept me awake, it woke him repeatedly. My son complained about the same issue. I am very upset.
