Our room was clean. The furniture was arranged oddly which made it difficult to maneuver. Other rooms family members stayed in we're not as good. There's happened to smell & the bed was horrible. Not sure why rooms are different. Guess you chance what room you're dealt.

They need to clean up their environment

The staff not too friendly, especially over the phone nor were they informative. The website and staff failed to inform me that parking was limited to "first come first serve" style. That is one of the amenities that had us choose the hotel, which should have had a disclaimer stating parking was limited to about 6 parking spots. Second night, my door card did not work... Why it didn't work, I don't know but it shouldn't have happened. Rooms were small which wasn't a big deal but arrangement of furniture should be reconsidered as the space between the tv stand and bed was very narrow, and someone of a bigger size may have difficulty getting through walking, otherwise would have to hop on bed to get to either side of room. Definitely a fire hazard. Other than its short distance, 5-10 mins drive to JFK airport, I would not stay here again. Places to eat were limited to local corner Chinese restaurant, pseudo-Indian food, and Dominos pizza. Television was ok. Some channels did not work as there was no sound. If the door is not closed manually, it will close very hard as observed by me with my neighbor guests. Bathroom was nice with plenty of towels. Bottom line, I felt like I stayed at a motel versus a hotel.
