It was a good stay. Nice rooms, showers, and bed was super comfortable! Wake up call was one minute early!

This facility is outdated and looks beat up. Definitely time to renovate. The walls are paper thin, I heard every word from the hallways and adjacent rooms. Won't stay here again unless all others are booked or $400....which is why I stayed in the first place.

Check in staff was friendly. Our room appeared clean upon arrival but the chair at the desk was filthy and there were peanuts under the bathroom sink on the floor. Was out all day came back in the late afternoon they had emptied the one trash can in the bathroom and left a pile of towels and a bar of soap on the toilet. That's it. Hadn't made the beds vacuumed nothing. We also had to bundle up my 84 yr old mother and 2 show cats the first night as the fire alarm was going off and couldn't get ahold of the front desk to see if it was a emergency. They gave no information or said anything to the guests piled up in the lobby. Never gave a all clear. Heard from another guest it was possibly a broken water line. The fire dept did show up but nothing. Will definitely think twice about staying here next January for our event we travel here for!!

The staff was rude. We had to change rooms at midnight after we already got in our first room all because they didn't have a cot available for us even though there was an empty cot that sat in the hall outside our room all night
