Extremely slow check in. Provided enough coffee for only one small cup. That's just ridiculous. I hate that nickel and dimeing stuff. Just silly.

I have stayed in 2 different La Quinta locations in the past few days so I an unsure which location this survey was triggered for. Regarding the Clearwater, FL location, it is AWESOME!! Clean, friendly, convenient and a good price. The I-95 Savannah location couldn't be more different. The room smelled, the bathroom smelled, the room contents looked old, the carpets looked awful and the recliner looked very dirty, worn and ready to be retired. Given we checked in after midnight we didn't want to switch rooms so we just dealt with it. We even skipped the free breakfast since the room was so dirty we weren't confident the dining and food prep area would be clean so we visited McDonalds. The only positive item from this visit was the woman who checked us in was very friendly. We love La Quinta locations as a rule but we will NEVER visit the Savannah I-95 location again.
