I visit a client in Orlando and absolutely love the JW. It feels like a vacation even though it's a business trip.

Love this property. The spa is incredible and the pool can't be beat. We come very year and bring my family.

The hotel is fabulous and is becoming one of my favorites. Some of the staff was so super nice I would think that would be cast members for Disney. A couple of them weren't that great but they were young so they could be exchange or on some type of youth program there. I love the children activities even then they need to time them better. Love the fabulous pool and lazy river. Restaurants are OK but was a little disappointed add a few things. The food was good price a little high The bed was heavenly. Loved it. Wish I could buy it.

The shower was awful and took fifteen minutes to get warm. It leaked into the bathroom. The hair dryer was not very strong and it did not stay in drying position. It kept bending whilst I was doing my hair. Sadly disappointed as to what we were paying for the room.
