I always love staying at Hyatt Place hotels but this was the worst experience I have had. I was out into a handicap room and I didn't book a handicap room and wasn't even told until I went to the room. I talked to the front desk but they were sold out and couldn't do anything. They said the next day they would move me but it still wasn't the room I had booked.
