There was no one to help with our bags. When we checked out it took over twenty minutes to get a luggage cart and again no one to help with bags. I've never stayed at a hotel that was this expensive that didn't have a concierge or bell hops. There was a color run that disrupted our stay. The light in the bathroom was nonexistent, the telephone wouldn't charge, the remote didn't work and the air conditioner made a terrible noise. When I notified the clerk I was told to select a drink from the case for my trouble. Really? I am very dissatisfied with this hotel.
