Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash

They are great hotel and they always keep there hotel clean and smelling good. They also give great service.

I really enjoyed my stay!

Service has been friendly. Breakfast is ok. I had to complain though because the housekeeping staff does not understand to not wrap cords around straighteners and such. You can ruin the appliance and fail a $300 item!

Nice hotel.

Very nice except for when we requested an extra pillow the one we received smelled like mildew. So much so that we were unable to even use it.
