Love the Marriott everyone on staff is awesome.

I am a vendor who was delivering to a wedding this week.. I can not say enough positive about the staff and the cleanliness of this Marriott.. Everyone was so helpful and friendly ... My business brings me in and out of many venues in richmond each week and it has been several years since I was in this Marriott ... Yall have done major improvements and the place was so much cleaner than any of the others I frequent... I will definitely be recommending Richmond Marriott to future brides who come my way..

Hotel is ok. Surroundings don't feel very safe tho.

High quality expected from Marriott. But what I don't understand is why the higher quality hotels don't offer included breakfast?

Only went for the restaurant. Was not a hotel guest
