We have to stay there when we go to Auburn football games as everything else is booked. The rates are inflated for the weekend. This is the second time we have complained about how filthy our room was. It had to be bad because we don't typically voice our complaints. I have pictures of the black ring around the rim of our toilet on this visit. That is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I never use the make up mirror because it always has smudges and/or what looks like toothpaste splatter. Apparently cleaning the mirror is not part of the cleaning process either!! My husband was told the rooms were going to be updated beginning in December. I feel as though it really needs to be done, but it will be wasted money as the cleaning crew appears to not be trained and/or unsupervised. I wish I could find a room somewhere else, but everything else is always booked up. I see why.
