Dirty . No coffee in room . Minimal coffe in lobby. Metal bar heading to pool was broken . No sample shampoo. Looked very run down . Had to wait an hour & one half to have room available even tho we hit there after check in time. This was the first and last time I'll stay in a motel 6. Housekeeping left our door open after cleaning for god knows how long until we got back

I asked for a non smoking room due to a smoke allergy myself and my 4 year old son have. Upon check in the room reeked of smoke so I switched rooms. The next room smelled exactly the same. I was tired so I just cracked the window and dealt with it. About 2 hours later I went to use the bathroom and noticed a dirty dried up wash cloth hanging on the shower, and then the bathroom floor had not been cleaned - there was dirt and hair on the floor. I was so tired I just decided to overlook it & address it at check out the next day. We were supposed to be on a non smoking floor but throughout the night the hallways on the 3rd floor smelled heavily of marijuana. By the morning I developed a bad cough and hives on my body due to the smoke And my 4 year old son had red puffy eyes and hives on his body. At check out this was brought to their attention and all that was said was "thankyou for your feedback". No I'm so sorry or anything. I realize this is a value hotel but at the very least I expected the room to be cleaned properly and have a true nonsmoking room if it's offered. I'll never go back!
