Simple, crowded

Bell hops were pushy to the point of rude. The parking assistant guy was straight rude by telling us to "hurry up, if you needed assistance you should have asked(We were already packed), move other people need to load up." When our keys to the rooms stopped working one guy was particularly irritated at us for no reason. When our room got rather loud someone called and reported, which I understood, but when the hotel security showed up without a single warning was s little unnerving, and the police officer was backed against the wall like he was hiding and had his hand on his gun scarred me really bad, I don't see why we were seen as a possible threat, it made everyone very uncomfortable.

Lots of items were very cheap. Overall stay less than satisfactory.

We had two very bad experiences at the Red Bar restaurant in the hotel. Manager was not helpful.

Not worth the price .... Hotel is dated and although updates have been made, certain aspects like the the bathroom were not up to par .... Probably would have been satisfied if the room was less than 100 per night but that was definitely not the case

1) My tv didn't work, it was supposed to be hi tec but it just didn't work! Keep it simple. 2)bathroom sink would not hold water. 3) Shower again to complicated! Keep it simple.
