I had a bad taxi ride to the airport. When I told the lady at the front desk how terrible it was, she credited my account with some money so I could go get a couple of drinks at the bar. That was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. I was so impressed I've shared the story with many people.

Good. Prices are slightly above average for major airport disturbances, poor speed wifi, dusty bathroom stalls.

Fire alarms went off very early in the morning and had to evacuate only to be turned around. Slightly annoying but we were compensated. Otherwise great stay.
