The breakfast was great. The room we stayed in (123) was disgusting. The bathroom had dead bugs crushed to the ceiling, the ceiling was cracked in numerous places, the grout on the tile was broken away, and the caulking between the bathtub and floor was completely eroded away. The kitchen was in good condition, the extra room/living room pull out bed was like sleeping on nails and there was limited bedding available. The staff was made aware of these issues and they didn't "get time to get to it" while we stayed there. At over $200/night we would have expected a lot more. The ceiling fan and the air ducts had significant accumulated dust and everyone in our party is leaving this hotel with a cough and runny noses. The soundproofing was so bad between floors that we could hear conversations happening above us and had to turn up a sound machine extremely loud to try and drown out the immense amount of sound at 11:30pm. It was a bad experience all around in the room - the food and those who served it for breakfast were very cordial and helpful.
