They advertise having toothpaste at the front desk in the bathrooms, however they did not have any. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Out of towels everyday. Towels were of poor quality. No toothbrushes to use, I forgot mine. Had to wait 15mins for eggs at breakfast, then the eggs were nasty. Didn't serve eggs without meat one morning. Housekeeping was banging doors when they were cleaning. I could hear people screaming and babies crying in the hall. Air conditioners were loud. Lighting was bad

My experience at the HIE in Frisco, TX, was one you might expect at a $30/night roach motel. The carpets are stained, a/c vents are moldy, housekeeping did not come by until after 4:30 pm, towels were unavailable until after 4:30 pm, room keys did not function properly, bedding was dirty/stained, tub/shower faucet leaked, toilet ran constantly, wifi was worthless, breakfast was subpar, laundry vending was empty, etc. I am a loyal IHG customer, but this recent experience has made me question future loyalty.
