Clerk Joshua waited on me at the Broadway store and was an excellent help! He was very courteous and friendly and answered all of my questions. This young man was very professional. This location has very friendly and professional associates and the overall store is just great!

the store was in process of closing many customers in line and a guy came in with a problem with a purchase and jumped in front of line. mgr informed him although they were closing everybody would be taken care of and he needed to get in line. this man had no patientence and was causing a scene. mgr got to him in line and found out that what he had to return had not been purchased there. after informing the man of this he became even more disgruntled and mgr informed him to leave store. with the way this man was acting i commend the mgr and fellow employees for the way this was handeled. After the man left i proceeded to purchase my items that i am very pleased to own. thanks to all. the item the man had to return was a very real looking toy pistol
