Issues with the finance - it had to go with someone externally due to address issues. Also colleague forgot to give us part of our order Also got charged for specific delivery time, which we didn’t want (this was refunded once highlighted the next day)

Different prices quoted by different shop assistants

Quote received one day, went back next day to purchase but price had gone up. Wasn’t warned this would happen.

Prices and range of mattresses were not great member of staff extremely helpful though

I wanted a super king tempur mattress. However there were no samples in this store (or the Plymouth store which I also visited) for the 30cm deep versions... these are £500 more than the 25cm versions but I wasn’t able to determine the difference or whether I would prefer to pay more for the deeper mattress because of there being no demonstrator.

It’s hard to explain but you know you’re in a sales situation where you might be offered lots of discount or no discount depending on how hard you push. If you’re just a nice person who really needs a bed then you leave knowing you haven’t got the best deal and that’s a bit sad.

The service was great but the store needs updating/re-fit to come in to line with the others. I appreciated the cup of tea and his good the staff were with the children. It made us feel very comfortable and not under pressure to make a decision.

I possibly could have got the bed cheaper online. I thought the price wasn’t that competitive but needed the bed so paid the price. The staff were great though.

Have not seen sofa bed so could not say if satisfied
