The lady that served us, Sophie, was very friendly and took time to chat with us in order to find out what our requirements were. She had time for us and we were not rushed or pushed.

I needed a budget double mattress. One was discounted as it had errors to it so I bought the display mattress worth £800 for £239!

Our assistant Lauren was highly skilled and knowledgeable and was pleasant and helpful throughout. Altogether a good experience.

The staff went above and beyond to help us and even kept our children entertained while we were sorting ut paperwork.

Everything was as I had expected

The assistant was extremely helpful without being at all "pushy" She was very knowledgable about all the beds, prices, delivery etc and it was altogether a very pleasant experience

Caroline was extremely helpful and showed tge highest level of customer service. Greeted the moment I stepped through the door and helped every step of the way. Caroline and her colleague were happy, friendly and helpful throughout. A pleasure.

Staff were friendly helpful but nit pushy

I made a preliminary visit to the store on Saturday to see if any beds suitable for my disabled wife were available for quick(ish) delivery. I was attended to by a colleague called Lauren who immediately understood my request and found the most likely bed to suit my wife. We both returned the next day, Sunday, and were lucky to find that Lauren was free and able to help us. My wife has a preference for a sprung mattress with no memory foam content. Lauren was a great help in finding a suitable mattress and the deal was completed.

Very helpful felt we were given all the information we needed. Was impressed at the thought put into giving my two year old a colouring page to keep him busy while in the store.
