we were assisted by Abbie, on the a/saturday we said we were just looking, but when asked about the different types of mattress she didn't care about the just looking and gave us all the time we needed. Went back the next day to place the order and she even remembered how we had our coffee the previous day. Thank you so much for your time, knowledge and above all patience. I needed advice about the mattress and also wished to see what was available for the base. I had been to several shops but the advice that I had from Dreams was first class. The range of items available these days are very wide and I hadn't bought a new bed for 10 years so needed help.

The team in the store were friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable. I initially called and was given options and clear guidance as to what to do re: CAT exemption as I was purchasing for my father who has recently come out of a long stay in hospital. I then went into the store to complete the purchase and was greeted with the same dedication.

Saw exactly what we were looking for when we entered the shop. Assistant was helpful but not pushy. Soon able to arrange our purchase without feeling rushed. Never seem to talk about bed purchases with friends but most likely to return for another purchase.
