Excellent customer service. Store colleagues very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Sophie was knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was efficient yet not too pushy! She called back as promised in response to a question. Really very impressed with the customer service.

I was greeted by Abi who was friendly, respectful and knew the products. She made me feel that my enquiry and questions were important and appeared to genuinely care about my needs. I was offered a cup of tea (always time for a cuppa)! She was just a pleasure to have look after me while in your store, very helpful and no pressure to purchase. Her advice never demonstrated any bias but was directed by my needs. A very pleasant visit indeed. I was going to shop around. Dreams was my first visit and I didn’t visit anywhere else after my experience with Abi. Thank you Abi. Dreams are exceptionally privileged to have you represent them and be on their team. I love the sleep match bed in store, it really helped to narrow down the type of mattress that suits my needs.

Assistant Lauren - Barnstaple branch was so helpful put us completely at ease and the whole process was really efficient and stress free. Lauren was friendly and very informative, ensuring we had all we needed to make an informed choice and also gave us some time and space to make our decision without feeling pressured. All in all a wonderful experience, excellent service we would happily recommend.

The member of staff who served us was so friendly and personal and made the experience just a general pleasure!!! The store was clean and quiet at the time we went and the other staff who were even on their break were happy to jump in to help us as well by offering to switch the mattresses from one bed to another. Great staff. Great store.
